STISD schools maintain an open enrollment policy, meaning any student that wants to attend one of our seven campuses can as long as he or she resides within the tri-county area we serve.

Inside STISD, we offer more than just academic opportunities for students. We also offer competitive sports through the Texas Charter School Academic and Athletic League (TCSAAL).

STISD Athletics Tryout Dates (2025-2026 season)

If your child is interested in competing in a specific sport(s) through STISD Athletics, please be sure to mark your calendars for tryout dates provided for all campuses within the link below.

All students trying out for any sport this school year need to have a physical completed and upload their completed Physical Evaluation/Medical History form into RankOne before tryouts.
