Please join us in congratulating our new South Texas ISD Battle of the Books Middle School District Champs for 2020-21! These students will now advance to the Region One Battle of the Books Virtual Competition on February 10, 2021. Good Luck and bring home an STISD win!
Mark your calendars for Wednesday, January 27th for the district Battle of the Books competition. All registered participants will complete a timed online quiz to determine who will represent South Texas ISD at the Regional Competition in February.

Attention Middle School Readers ... If you are interested in reading good books, having some fun, and the chance to win Superintendent's Cup points for your campus, please complete this brief form. For the 20-21 district BoB competition, students will independently complete an online quiz covering the five titles from the Battle of the Books list. The four top-scoring students will make up the district team that will advance to the Region One online competition taking place in February 2021. That competition will also cover all five titles from the book list. District librarians will assist students with competition preparation through a variety of online activities.
