STISD hosting free COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics Sept. 22 and 23

STISD will host two COVID-19 testing and vaccination clinics at district facilities the week of Sept. 20. Below are the clinic details:

• STISD World Scholars Gym (510 S. Sugar Rd., Edinburg) on Wednesday, Sept. 22, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
• STISD Science Academy Gym (900 Med High Dr., Mercedes) on Thursday, Sept. 23, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Both clinics will offer the first-dose of the Pfizer vaccine to unvaccinated STISD students and faculty/staff, as well as unvaccinated family members of students and employees, who want to receive their vaccination. Individuals must be 12 years of age or older to receive the vaccine. For children 18 and under, parents must be present.

To register to participate in either clinic and reserve your dose, you will need to complete and submit the following registration form by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 20: Click here to register

Please note that a separate registration form must be completed for each individual wanting to receive a vaccine.

In addition to the registration form, all participants will also need to complete the additional required forms, which can be printed at home and completed to turn in onsite or completed onsite the day of the clinic (copies to be made available).
