STISD schools maintain an open enrollment policy, meaning any student that wants to attend one of our seven campuses can as long as he or she resides within the tri-county area we serve.

Join us at one of three "Meet the PD" parent sessions. They will be held Sept. 16-18 at various STISD campuses and will be an opportunity meet the Police Department and learn about safety and security.

You're invited: Meet the new South Texas ISD Police Department Sept. 16-18

STISD Parent/Guardian:

You're invited to attend one of three "Meet the PD" sessions in September. Hosted by the new STISD Police Department, these sessions are an opportunity for parents/guardians from across the district to meet the police officers and learn more about safety and security at STISD.

You can choose any of the three options that work best for you:

Sept. 16 @ 6:00 p.m. – Edinburg (Gateway to the World Library: 510 S. Sugar Rd.)
Sept. 17 @ 6:00 p.m. – Mercedes (Biblioteca Las Americas (BLA): 300 Med High Dr.)
Sept. 18 @ 6:00 p.m. – Olmito (Medical Professions Student Lounge: 10650 N. Expwy. 77/83)

Bonus: If your child is a sophomore, junior or senior at one of our four high schools, we're also hosting information sessions on the UTRGV Expanded Collegiate Partnership immediately after these events. Stay and learn more about this program and how it can benefit your child!
