STISD schools maintain an open enrollment policy, meaning any student that wants to attend one of our seven campuses can as long as he or she resides within the tri-county area we serve.

We are excited to share an upcoming opportunity for our families!

On April 25, 2026, the South Texas Tri-County Special Education Cooperative will host “Growing Together,” a parent conference focused on supporting individuals on the Autism Spectrum. This event is designed to promote connection, understanding, and shared growth for families.

This is a wonderful opportunity for parents to:

Learn strategies to support their child at home and in the community
Connect with other families and local support networks
Access valuable resources and services available in our area

We will also have community organizations present with informational booths to provide additional resources and support for families.
