Texas High School for Health Professions
(Med High) opened in August 1984.
It offers a nationally recognized academic
program focusing on the various health careers.
After completing a rigorous core curriculum,
students gains hands-on clinical experience
in area hospitals, nursing homes and pharmacies
as well as doctor, dentist and veterinary
offices. Many students earn certifications
as pharmacy technicians, nursing assistants
and dental x-ray licensure.

Health Center and Valley Baptist Medical
